We're looking for Packagers & Assemblers to ensure our customers receive top-quality picture packages and photo gifts. What You’ll Do
- Perform a final quality check on picture packages and products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Neatly and accurately package and assemble hundreds of daily orders for shipping.
- Identify and remove any prints or products that don't meet quality expectations, reporting issues to the Production Manager.
- Operate light machinery and handle various packaging and assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stay on track with the production schedule.
- Adapt quickly to new tasks, including occasional rush orders.
- Regularly lift boxes or packages weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Meet an average packaging pace of 600+ prints per hour.
- Communicate openly, respectfully, and effectively with your team and management.
- Support other duties as needed.
Skills & Abilities:
- Comfortable standing for the entirety of your shift
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and quick at alphabetizing
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous packaging or assembly experience is a plus!
