As the the Customer Experience Project Manager, you will lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives. You’ll serve as a key liaison between cross-functional teams including IT, Operations, Finance, Supply Planning, and eCommerce to ensure alignment, prioritization, and successful implementation of high-impact projects. This role requires a strong project management foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for the Customer Experience team from planning through execution and post-launch analysis.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, along with roadmaps to track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Guide initiative prioritization based on complexity, resource, and business value.
  • Track key metrics, dependencies, and post-launch outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Organize and lead meetings, workshops, UAT sessions, and design reviews.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment on priorities and timelines.
  • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to leadership via reports and presentations.
  • Serve as liaison between internal and external teams.
  • Develop processes for the efficient sharing of ideas, filtering for value, creating of projects, and management of each request across a spectrum of initiatives from large projects to minor site enhancements
  • Act as a conduit for cross-functional initiatives throughout YETI, ensuring alignment on initiatives, requirements, prioritization, and importance/agreement of timelines/milestones
  • Identify and quickly resolve project roadblocks, manage risks and issues related to projects.

Qualifications And Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Greater than 4 years of project/program management experience, preferably in Customer Experience, Operations, or cross-functional business environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP Solutions preferred
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive alignment across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Able to communicate effectively within and across teams, functional units, and senior management levels.
  • Independent, curious, ambitious and thrives in an environment engaging with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Strong influencer with proven ability to partner with peers.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and implementing process and structure when needed.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
