Job Description
The Health Coalition of Passaic County (HCPC), founded in 2017, is a collaborative effort of Board members and 60+ Community Action Board (CAB) members from a wide range of community organizations who share the common aim of improving the health and quality of life for residents of the greater Passaic County area.
The HCPC Business Development Associate works under the direction of the HCPC Business Manager and may, at times, also support activities of the full HCPC Leadership team (HCPC CAB Manager, HCPC Director of Operations, HCPC Executive Director). The HCPC Business Development Associate supports and manages a full range of development and communication activities that enhance the short and long term strategic efforts of the HCPC.
Qualifications
Work requires at least 2 years of work experience in public health care coordination, nonprofit development/communications, and/or administrative role. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have demonstrated experience in networking, organizing, event planning/execution, project management and partner collaboration. Knowledge of HCPC and HCPC partnerships and a desire to network, collaborate, and pursue opportunities for financial sustainability of the HCPC.
Bachelor’s Degree Required
