The Corporate Senior Accountant at Rensa Filtration is a highly visible role that will have a direct impact on the success of the organization. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, the Corporate Senior Accountant will play an integral role in the accounting function of Rensa Filtration. A primarily emphasis of this position will be assistance in the timely and accurate completion of the month end close. Reviewing and analyzing month end results to ensure accurate financial statement presentation is a key responsibility. Additional duties include becoming a subject matter expert utilizing OneStream (our consolidation software tool), assuming a key role in the timely completion of the annual audit, coordinating year-end inventory counts, and taking on additional projects as the organization continues to evolve not only through acquisitions but also organic growth. The incumbent will be expected to not only maintain existing processes but also drive efficiencies in a fast-paced environment. The position calls for a high energy person who is inquisitive and a detailed oriented self-starter with a high degree of integrity.

Essential Position Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Corporate Controller with the month end closing process.
- Review entity monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Ensure monthly account reconciliations are completed in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure month end Intercompany accounts are reconciled and net to zero on a consolidated basis.
- Coordinate the quarterly intercompany net settlement of receivables and payables.
- Review A/R Aging reports to ensure collectability and strong cash flow.
- Perform quarterly balance sheet reviews ensuring compliance with Rensa accounting policies.
- Support operational sites with GAAP questions.
- Coordinate and assist with year-end inventory counts.
- Leader in annual financial audit with operating companies.
- Become subject matter expert with OneStream.
- Partake in integration of acquisitions.
- Continuously look to incorporate efficiencies into the accounting function.
- Assist Corporate Controller and CFO with other tasks as assigned.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel including but not limited to V look up, pivot tables, charts, graphs and tables.
- Familiarity with OneStream, IFS, NetSuite and QuickBooks a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong teamwork and project management skills combined with the ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Able to proactively question and challenge to prioritize and identify solutions in a timely manner.
- Intellectually Curious in and always seeking to understand, learn and find improvement opportunities.
- BA/BS degree (or equivalent) Finance/Accounting or Business; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
- Public accounting experience is strongly desired.
- 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to work with all levels of management and foster relationships with financial and operations personnel.
- Must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and organize workload to meet organizational timelines in a high growth environment.
