Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and prospective tenants
• Prepare and organize essential documentation (leases, rental applications, payment records, etc.)
• Create and maintain property listings with accurate details (location, square footage, features)
• Promote rental properties through multiple listing services (MLS) and targeted advertisements
• Conduct property showings and guide clients through the rental process
• Inspect properties and coordinate necessary maintenance on behalf of clients
• Assess clients’ financial qualifications and match them to suitable rental options
• Assist clients with application submissions and lease signings
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with all real estate laws and MLS regulations
• Uphold the ethical standards of Empire Property Management and the real estate industry
  
  

Qualifications

• Active real estate license (required)
• 2+ years of experience in real estate or property management (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
• Smartphone capability to manage daily tasks via mobile apps
