In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact between service technicians, customers, operations, and finance partners—making sure issues are resolved quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of all service cases—from intake and case creation to resolution and closure.
- Serve as the main communication hub between service technicians, customers, operations management, and finance partners.
- Manage and coordinate customer appointments with the service team to ensure timely scheduling and follow-up.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emails from customers, finance partners, and internal departments.
- Monitor dashboards and reports to identify systems experiencing issues and take action as needed.
- Keep Salesforce records updated with accurate, real-time information on all service cases.
- Support the timely achievement of Permission to Operate (PTO) for customer systems.
- Provide customers with guidance on system operations and utility-related concerns.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
- At least 1 year of project coordination experience and 1 year of customer service experience.
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with solar monitoring systems such as SolarEdge or Enlighten is a plus.
- Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to recognize when clarification or escalation is needed.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and tasks consistently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe PDF, and other common software tools.
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to succeed both independently and as part of a team.
