Trinity Solar is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to ensure smooth communication and case management for our residential solar customers. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact between service technicians, customers, operations, and finance partners—making sure issues are resolved quickly, efficiently, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of all service cases—from intake and case creation to resolution and closure.
  • Serve as the main communication hub between service technicians, customers, operations management, and finance partners.
  • Manage and coordinate customer appointments with the service team to ensure timely scheduling and follow-up.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and emails from customers, finance partners, and internal departments.
  • Monitor dashboards and reports to identify systems experiencing issues and take action as needed.
  • Keep Salesforce records updated with accurate, real-time information on all service cases.
  • Support the timely achievement of Permission to Operate (PTO) for customer systems.
  • Provide customers with guidance on system operations and utility-related concerns.
  • Contribute to special projects and process improvements as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus.
  • At least 1 year of project coordination experience and 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with solar monitoring systems such as SolarEdge or Enlighten is a plus.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and third-party vendors.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to recognize when clarification or escalation is needed.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of calls, emails, and tasks consistently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe PDF, and other common software tools.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to succeed both independently and as part of a team.
