Salary: Starting at $55,000, depending on education and experience
Hours: Full-time. Must be available in evenings and occasional weekends. MUST be willing to travel between all three centers (San Diego, Chula Vista, and Encinitas).
Brain Balance of Greater San Diego seeks a dynamic, neurodiversity affirming Program Manager who possesses outstanding interpersonal and intrapersonal skills and direct experience with neurodivergent kids, teens, and/or adults. The Brain Balance Program is an evidence-based, drug-free brain performance program to improve focus/ADHD, cognition, anxiety, confidence, regulation, and more. It addresses the root causes behind behavioral, social, and cognitive challenges (i.e. ADHD, autism, dyslexia, sensory processing, memory, etc.)through a personalized, holistic program incorporating proven cognitive, behavioral, and nutrition methods—an integrated approach that is literally redefining what’s possible for kids, teens, and adults. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring the integrity of each individualized program, monitoring the progress and development of each student, and maintaining communication with each student’s family. In addition, the Program Manager supports with program development, operations, customer relations, community relationships, and special events. The Program Manager reports to the Program Director.

Programs
- Lead parent conferences (i.e. Progress Reports, Check-ins)
- Support with Coach and Intern training
- Conduct programs and assessments, as needed
- Support staff and student scheduling
- Support Program Director and Coaches
- Customer relations (i.e. Inquiry calls/follow-up, reenrollments, testimonials, etc.)
- Community relations (i.e. outreach, networking, partnerships, etc.)
- Special events

Qualifications
- Passionate about children and inclusion and/or brain health
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year management experience
- Direct experience with neurodivergent population (ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, defiance, learning disabilities, etc.)
- Background in physical training, physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), behavioral interventions such as ABA, psychology, martial arts, fitness, coaching, or education a plus
- Comfortable speaking with many different audiences and effective, adaptive communication strategies
- Ability to handle customer concerns in a calm, empathetic, and encouraging manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other current software
- Excellent planning and project management skills; ability to multi-task
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to be proactive and work autonomously
- Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable with tablets and technology
- Creative problem solver, patient, compassionate, and energetic
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
