What You’ll Do as the Entry-Level Accountant / Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Process and review invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting support.
• Help maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support the accounting team with journal entries and accruals as needed.
• Use Excel to track, analyze, and organize accounting data.
  
  

What You’ll Bring as the Entry-Level Accountant / Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent coursework/experience).
• Internship or 1+ year of experience in AP, accounting, or a business/office role.
• Solid Excel skills (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
