- Become a Health Detective: As an RN Case Manager, you'll conduct in-depth assessments, uncovering the unique needs of each client.
- Be a Master Planner: You'll use your clinical expertise to create personalized care plans that aren't just about treatment—they're about helping people live their best lives.

RN Case Manager means you also meet the following requirements:
- You're a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- You have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license able to practice in Massachusetts
- You've got a minimum of one year of experience as an RN in home care
- You're BLS-certified and a pro at safety and infection control.
