Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm (flexible) in office
Pay: $85K–$100K DOE + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match, PTO
About the Role:
We’re hiring an Office Manager for a commercial construction subcontractor. You’ll oversee payroll, billing, contracts, and HR, while keeping office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll via QuickBooks (integrated with Clockshark)
Manage AP/AR, billing, and contracts
HR tasks: onboarding, employee files, L&I claims, safety plans
Support commercial projects (corporate, retail, medical, multi-family, facilities)
What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years as an Office Manager in construction (sub or GC)
QuickBooks expert
Skilled in payroll, AP/AR, billing, HR
Adaptable, assertive, and confident working with strong personalities/
