Warehouse Technician, Packaging

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Warehouse Associate for our client, a highly regarded agricultural group in Woodland, California! This is a wonderful full-time, direct-hire, on-site position with benefits!

What you'll be doing:

• Operate, clean, and maintain packaging and milling equipment.
• Receive, stock, package, and ship seed inventory accurately.
• Perform cycle counts, maintain records, and update ERP system (D365).
• Assist with maintenance and support other Logistics workstations as needed.
• Keep work areas clean and follow all safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years warehouse or logistics industry experience preferred.
• Forklift and warehouse equipment operation skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in dusty/hot/cold conditions, and stand for long periods.

Compensation:

This opportunity offers a pay rate of $22-$23/hour plus benefits!
