Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $65,000 - $75,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful designs for marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital and print that are compelling and on-brand. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in current design software as well as design trends, has their finger on the pulse of pop culture and thrives on hands-on execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design assets: Design high quality, engaging and brand-consistent assets from concept thru execution and production for use in both digital, motion and printed experiences
- Support the team: Assist senior designers and above in their roles by helping to support on various digital and print related design projects
- Understand our customer: Be at the heart of youth culture trends, understand what speaks to Gen-zennials and how to translate it to poppi creative in a way that elevates the brand and drives social buzz
- Manage your workload: Manage 'day to day' asset creation via Asana briefs, design deadlines are met and quality of work is high and up creative team standards
- Collaborate & give feedback: Work closely with the marketing team to understand their goals and design needs with the ability to communicate and give feedback professionally
- Research and development: Consistently research, identify and share current industry design trends and competitive reviews as they relate to the brand
- You have a graphic design background: You have proven experience in a graphic designer role and a strong portfolio of work demonstrating creative skills with an eye for detail, color, and composition
- You understand both print and digital: You have experience working on digital assets: email, IG stories, as well as designing decks. You understand creative for print and production, including CMYK color, bleeds and margins…etc
- You have a motion background: You have a working knowledge and experience in motion design. You understand the fundamentals of Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Adobe After Effects.
- You take pride in the details: Your design skills are technically sound with a strong attention to detail, alignment, layout, and design consistency
- You're feedback oriented: You have a willingness to learn from others, assist where needed and are able to seek input and share openly
- You're accountable: You take responsibility for outcomes, follow through on commitments, and step in wherever needed to get the job done
- You're a team player: You work well independently and with others, communicating across functions and building strong relationships
- You're built for change: You're adaptable and resilient in the face of change with the ability to embrace challenges and shift priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design; digital and motion experience strongly preferred
- A portfolio of work demonstrating ability
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and project management tools such as Asana
- Travel 15% for business related meetings
- Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement
- Willingness and the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.
