Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Track deliverables and action items across mechanical, electrical, software, and validation teams
- Support design reviews, prototype builds, and testing efforts
- Facilitate day-to-day coordination, risk tracking, and reporting
- Provide regular project updates to internal stakeholders
- Ensure accurate documentation of requirements, risks, and lessons learned
- Focus on execution and coordination to keep projects moving forward
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in a technical or R&D environment
- Familiarity with engineering tools (SolidWorks, CAD, Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- Understanding of product development lifecycles (concept, prototype, test)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Contract-to-Hire is preferred, though permanent placement may be considered for the right candidate
- Remote role – must be an excellent communicator and able to collaborate across distributed teams
