Role Overview
As a Server, you'll be the face of our eatery, greeting guests warmly, attending to their needs, and ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. You'll collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to provide prompt and quality service that delights each guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a genuine smile and establish a friendly rapport.
- Understand and communicate the menu, take orders, and make recommendations as needed.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Manage tables effectively by checking in on guests and addressing any issues.
- Organize and clean dining areas, ensuring they are always presentable.
- Proven experience as a server in a busy restaurant environment.
- Strong multitasking, listening, and organizational skills.
- Friendly, personable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of dining service procedures and alcohol serving regulations.
- Must be minimum of 18.
- Food Handler certification
- Responsible Beverage Service certification through ABC.
- Competitive hourly pay of $16.50 per hour plus tips. ($500 to $1,400 per month)
- Part-time role with 20-25 hours per week available.
