Chevrolet of Naperville is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / General Sales Manager to help take our sales operations to another level. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in automotive sales management and the ability to lead a team toward achieving consistent results while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

This full-time role works four week days and Saturdays and offers a competitive salary range of $150,000+ a year.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve volume, gross, and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee daily sales operations for new and pre-owned departments
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance and profitability
  • Monitor leads, inventory, and deal structures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish accountability through performance tracking and regular reviews/training
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism


Qualifications:

  • Must have impeccable references
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, digital retail tools, and inventory management
  • Ability to balance volume, gross profit, and CSI objectives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be an Expert in using Vauto
  • General Motors experience is a major plus
