Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a for a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator for a 12- month contract.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Operations Coordinator to support daily floor operations in a CMC GMP manufacturing environment. This is a unique, hands-on role ideal for someone with prior experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, or supply chain operations—especially within a regulated or manufacturing setting.

This fully onsite role is crucial to managing real-time changes and coordinating between operations, QA, and other stakeholders. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily shift exchange meetings and develop actionable floor execution plans
  • Manage buffer vessel scheduling with awareness of hold times and operational constraints
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure equipment and materials are in the correct status
  • Tag and release equipment; manage deviations or changes in schedule and assess downstream impact
  • Act as the point person on the floor for planning, material flow, and shift priorities
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (QA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
  • Update and monitor real-time production schedules using SAP Athena and electronic batch record (EBR) systems (training provided)
  • Support inventory accuracy and material availability for scheduled batches


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or production coordination
  • Previous lead or supervisory experience in a hands-on operations or manufacturing setting
  • Strong experience with planning, scheduling, monitoring, and inventory management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in GMP or regulated environments
  • Ability to quickly learn systems like SAP Athena and EBR platforms (training provided)
