- Rotate through various departments (Operations, Customer Service, HR, Logistics, and Administration) to gain insight into business functions
- Shadow senior managers and participate in team projects and planning
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and strategic development
- Learn to manage schedules, coordinate teams, and oversee workflows
- Contribute to improving operational systems and procedures
- Attend and participate in training sessions, evaluations, and performance reviews
- Prepare reports and presentations for upper management
