About Us: We are excited to announce the opening of our new ABA clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care for children with autism and related disorders. Our mission is to empower families and foster a supportive environment where every child can thrive. As we embark on this journey, we are seeking a passionate and innovative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help shape our clinic from the ground up.

Position Overview: As a BCBA at Verity Behavioral Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective ABA programs tailored to the unique needs of our clients. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader who is eager to contribute to all aspects of clinic operations, including program design, staff training, family engagement, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
  • Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and support in treatment.
  • Contribute to the development of clinic policies, procedures, and culture.
  • Engage with the community to promote our services and educate about ABA therapy.
  • Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in clinical settings with children and families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
