Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor client progress.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and support in treatment.
- Contribute to the development of clinic policies, procedures, and culture.
- Engage with the community to promote our services and educate about ABA therapy.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience in clinical settings with children and families.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
