Job Overview

A Behavioral Health Supervisor is responsible for the non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations in Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) program.

Essential Functions

  • Work collaboratively with the Behavioral Health Care Lead, Behavioral Health Care Manager, and other clinical leadership
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Care Coordinators and Behavioral Health Assistants, providing guidance and mentoring
  • Maintain and ensure patient satisfaction, quality of care, and staff engagement
  • Maintain positive patient services
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of new team members
  • Monitor documentation, scheduling, billing, and data accuracy
  • Provide brief evidence-based behavioral interventions to patients in the registry as appropriate
  • Prioritize, organize, assign, and complete various written communications relating to providing clinical care and assisting coordination with Rendr PCP offices
  • Attend case conferences, staff meetings, and program planning sessions
  • Uphold HIPAA, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of psychology or social work related
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese required
  • High level of professionalism and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills: kind, compassionate, patient interaction with patients and team
  • Multitasking ability
  • 2+ years of experience working in a mental health setting or community social services
  • Experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring, or training to staff
  • Familiarity with working in outpatient, community-based care settings preferred
  • Knowledge of and experience in EMR systems
