Description:
Summary:
Under the supervision of the CRC Coordinator, the CRC Case Manager will service all clients in need of basic needs such as, but not limited to; food, shelter, clothing, medical insurance, translation, advocacy and/or other services as needed.

Reports to the CRC Coordinator or designee.
Provides direct services to clients with emergency services, such as referrals for food & housing, SSI papers, translations, job information and other community resources referrals.
Maintains accurate and updated clients' files with mandated documentation as per contracts and agency policies and guidelines.
Provides instruction in job seeking and participates in the development of job opportunities for clients.
Monitors progress toward accomplishments of client's goals and objectives.
Monitors programs goals to insure compliance with contract provisions.
Enter and maintain accurate client's information into COMET data base and/or other database as assigned.
Participates in the development of proposals, program planning and new initiatives.
Prepares statistical and narrative reports as required by funders and the agency's established policies and procedures.
Participates in community activities as needed and committees especially when issues affect the Hispanic family.
Attends all staff meetings and events as assigned.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or delegates.

Skills And Abilities:
Associate's degree in human service. Work or related field. FDC Preferred.
Three years' experience in the field of Human Services.
At least two years of experience working with low-income population.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
A combination of training and experience other than the specified, if judged to be adequate for the job, may be accepted by the President and CEO
Physical Demands:
The position does require occasional standing, squatting, lifting of up to approximately 40 lbs. And frequent sitting.
