As the Philanthropy Program Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our giving back mission, teaming up with the head of Philanthropy to make a monstrous impact! As the Philanthropy Program Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our giving back mission, teaming up with the head of Philanthropy to make a monstrous impact! You'll champion all projects and seamlessly blend our Monster talent with epic philanthropic efforts. This role is for a strategic thinker with a powerhouse track record in project management. The Impact You'll Make
- Manage all projects to support our Philanthropy outreach.
- Organize and execute a calendar of events to support our troops and charities around the world. Utilize our Monster talent to visit and give gratitude to our Military and First Responders.
- Manage all Military requests for talent and support.
- Support the head of Philanthropy at local Philanthropic events and travel to support when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- More than 5 years of experience in project management
- Between 3-5 years of experience in admin support function
- Proficiency with Microsoft’s office (Excel and PowerPoint a must)
- Project Management Cert desired
- Ability to be flexible and handle a demanding schedule. Managing/Balancing a large numbers of projects at one time.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Work in fast paced environment
- Ability to interact and work well with others
- Ability to take the initiative to keep busy
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
