A Day In The Life

As the Philanthropy Program Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our giving back mission, teaming up with the head of Philanthropy to make a monstrous impact! You'll champion all projects and seamlessly blend our Monster talent with epic philanthropic efforts. This role is for a strategic thinker with a powerhouse track record in project management. Get ready to drive change and inspire with the full-throttle Monster spirit!

The Impact You'll Make

  • Manage all projects to support our Philanthropy outreach.
  • Organize and execute a calendar of events to support our troops and charities around the world. Utilize our Monster talent to visit and give gratitude to our Military and First Responders.
  • Manage all Military requests for talent and support.
  • Support the head of Philanthropy at local Philanthropic events and travel to support when required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • More than 5 years of experience in project management
  • Between 3-5 years of experience in admin support function
  • Proficiency with Microsoft’s office (Excel and PowerPoint a must)
  • Project Management Cert desired
  • Ability to be flexible and handle a demanding schedule. Managing/Balancing a large numbers of projects at one time.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact and work well with others
  • Ability to take the initiative to keep busy
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary of $75,000 - $100,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
