About Us:
LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) has been in the business for 75 years and is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide a continuum of care, including educational, therapeutic, social, residential, and support services to infants, children, and adults with complex physical and developmental disabilities or delays.
Full time (35 hrs) position immediately available assist in the development of the program; implementation of individual program goals, plan and implement community based activities focusing on participant’s choices; assist with personal care as needed.
Requirements
Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; previous work experience with people with multiple and physical disabilities preferred; eligibility for New Jersey Department of Education certificate preferred.
