Role Description
The Brand Partnerships Coordinator reports directly supports and reports into the VP of Integrated Media, Creative, and Brand Strategy to ensure PlayersTV is proactively driving new business revenue while properly activating current brand sponsor and advertising deals. In addition, the Brand Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the company’s corporate development efforts by creating standardized PTV's collateral for investor, strategic partnerships and business-to-business relationships. Lastly, this position is crucial to ensuring that the Brand Partnerships team maintains interdepartmental collaboration and communication at all times.
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $75,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.

Role Description
The Brand Partnerships Coordinator reports directly supports and reports into the VP of Integrated Media, Creative, and Brand Strategy to ensure PlayersTV is proactively driving new business revenue while properly activating current brand sponsor and advertising deals. In addition, the Brand Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the company’s corporate development efforts by creating standardized PTV's collateral for investor, strategic partnerships and business-to-business relationships. Lastly, this position is crucial to ensuring that the Brand Partnerships team maintains interdepartmental collaboration and communication at all times.
- Develop go-to-market sales collateral for advertising campaigns, original production projects and existing licensed content platforms.
- Build presentation outlines for impactful generic sales collateral and custom brand-specific decks. Outlines to be delivered to the Creative department for graphic design execution.
- Contributes to creative ideation for advertisers and brand sponsor prospects.
- Liaise with Creative department, providing direction on generic and custom presentations as well as other creative needs for the Brand Partnerships Team.
- Provide activation support for current brand sponsor or advertising partners, including but not limited to project management spreadsheets (e.g. Gannt charts), activation task assigning in CRM, weekly call presentations, custom brand requests from our Creative department, recap reporting, etc.
- As directed, interface with PTV’s strategic partners for co-selling opportunities or shared sales resources (e.g. Clutchpoints, Playmaker, etc.)
- Maintain constant communication with other PTV departments to ensure seamless sales and activation communication. Departments could include but are not limited to: Creative, Players Studio (Content & Production), Programming, Athlete/Talent Relations and additional key departments (legal, finance, marketing, etc.)
- Support senior leadership and sales executives with appropriate sales materials, presentations, term sheets and profit-and-loss statements, utilizing skills in Microsoft Suites and G-Suite.
- Manage Sales Team’s outreach and sales activity in internal CRM (e.g. Nutshell)
- Generates sales pipeline and other revenue-related reporting as directed by VP Sports Media & Entertainment
- Prospect new brand sponsor and advertiser leads for Sales department’s outreach efforts.
- Serve as a central source of best practices across brand marketing news and trends by maintaining a high level of expertise in brand marketing trends and successful sports/athlete marketing activations.
- Manage third-party sales solution resources including prospecting and lead generation and insights tools (i.e. Winmo, AdWeek, Twitter Lists, trade newsletters, etc.).
- Create and/or review reports, proposals and other documents with extraordinary attention to detail, consistency and grammar.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- At least 1-2 years of direct, relevant work experience; and
- Proven ability to be a project lead for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment;
- High attention to detail;
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and related Google Office Suite comparable platforms;
- Ability to manage multiple projects while being responsive to the needs of the division and peers, be able to prioritize effectively and exercise flexibility as needed;
- Self-confidence in creative idea generation and ability to communicate a narrative;
- Excellent project management and organization skills;
- Knowledge and understanding of sports business, sports media and athlete representation industry;
- Strong research and analytical skills;
- Ability to identify and solve problems creatively;
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment;
- Self-motivated and self-directed; and
- Highly responsive and accessible.
