Sales Manager

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations and ensuring their team meets its targets in a renovations based environment. This role includes team management, implementing sales strategies, optimizing processes, and monitoring performance metrics.

Key Duties

• Manage and coach the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Implement sales strategies to align with company goals and drive revenue growth
• Set individual sales targets and quotas for each Sales Representative, ensuring alignment with department goals
• Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Sales Representatives
• Provide ongoing training and development for Sales Representatives
• Encourage professional growth
• Utilize analytics tools to track sales trends and generate reports
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and develop new business connections
• Develop strategic partnerships with other construction and renovation-related businesses, suppliers, and industry professionals
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement
  
  
  

Educational Background:

• A bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  
  
  

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in sales
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role
• Proven experience within a Sales leadership role within the construction or renovation industry
