Position Summary

We’re seeking a collaborative and versatile Marketing Manager to drive All Star’s marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This high-impact role will shape and share the All Star story through integrated campaigns, trade shows and events, sales enablement, and external communications. The Marketing Manager will also supervise a Marketing Specialist and partner closely with Campaign Management, Sales, and Operations. Success in this role requires strong project management, messaging, and communication skills - plus a storyteller’s instinct and a discerning eye for design that make marketing unforgettable.



Key Responsibilitie

sIntegrated Marketing & Campaign Suppor

  • tDevelop and execute compelling, consistent messaging across marketing campaigns
  • .Partner with stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables align with business goals and sales needs
  • .Tailor messaging to audience segments and distribute through the right channels

.Sales Enablement & Internal Communication

  • sAct as liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring clarity of campaign goals, assets, and timelines
  • .Lead enablement efforts including campaign briefs, toolkits, and training sessions
  • .Collect feedback from sales to refine materials and improve effectiveness
  • .Manage company-wide internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement

.Trade Show & Event Marketin

  • gPlan and execute trade shows, conferences, and field marketing events from end to end
  • .Oversee pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
  • .Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and lead capture in partnership with sales

.Team Leadershi

  • pSupervise and mentor a Marketing Specialist, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and development opportunities
  • .Foster collaboration within the broader marketing team to drive results

.Project & Performance Managemen

  • tCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across departments to keep initiatives on track
  • .Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance to refine future strategies and maximize ROI

Qualificatio

  • ns5+ years of experience in B2B marketing; healthcare or staffing industry experience preferre
  • d.Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaign
  • s.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder
  • s.Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of meeting deadline
  • s.Experience managing trade shows and events from start to finis
  • h.Excellent writing, messaging, and communication skill
  • s.Prior experience supervising or mentoring team member
  • s.Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plu
  • s.Experience with internal communication tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, intranets) a plu
