Position Summary
We’re seeking a collaborative and versatile Marketing Manager to drive All Star’s marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This high-impact role will shape and share the All Star story through integrated campaigns, trade shows and events, sales enablement, and external communications. The Marketing Manager will also supervise a Marketing Specialist and partner closely with Campaign Management, Sales, and Operations. Success in this role requires strong project management, messaging, and communication skills - plus a storyteller’s instinct and a discerning eye for design that make marketing unforgettable.
Key Responsibilitie
sIntegrated Marketing & Campaign Suppor
- tDevelop and execute compelling, consistent messaging across marketing campaigns
- .Partner with stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables align with business goals and sales needs
- .Tailor messaging to audience segments and distribute through the right channels
.Sales Enablement & Internal Communication
- sAct as liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring clarity of campaign goals, assets, and timelines
- .Lead enablement efforts including campaign briefs, toolkits, and training sessions
- .Collect feedback from sales to refine materials and improve effectiveness
- .Manage company-wide internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement
.Trade Show & Event Marketin
- gPlan and execute trade shows, conferences, and field marketing events from end to end
- .Oversee pre-event promotion, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
- .Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and lead capture in partnership with sales
.Team Leadershi
- pSupervise and mentor a Marketing Specialist, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and development opportunities
- .Foster collaboration within the broader marketing team to drive results
.Project & Performance Managemen
- tCoordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across departments to keep initiatives on track
- .Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance to refine future strategies and maximize ROI

Qualificatio
- ns5+ years of experience in B2B marketing; healthcare or staffing industry experience preferre
- d.Demonstrated success managing integrated marketing campaign
- s.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder
- s.Strong organizational and project management skills with a track record of meeting deadline
- s.Experience managing trade shows and events from start to finis
- h.Excellent writing, messaging, and communication skill
- s.Prior experience supervising or mentoring team member
- s.Proficiency with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) a plu
- s.Experience with internal communication tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, intranets) a plu
