Work hours: Part time, Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 8:00 - 4:30p
Department Highlights

- A collaborative team approach
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of Human Services experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 1 year of Human Services experience preferred
- 2 Years of Human Services or Chemical Dependency treatment experience required
- Recovery candidates with at least 2 years of sobriety preferred
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly upon hire required And
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 Days Req And
- AHAFA - American Heart Association First Aid Certification 90 Days Req
- LCDC - Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor upon hire preferred
- Assist clients in completing 12-Step work while in treatment, offering guidance and support through each phase.
- Conducts educational group sessions utilizing material from recovery support groups in the community, i.e. Smart Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, etc
- Facilitates meetings, events, and community service activities for alumni groups. Develops and leads team in building a solid and lasting alumni program.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling using modalities consistent with ARCTH philosophy.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary treatment teams, physicians, and external providers.
- Develops and maintains the Alumni Database.
- Conducts post-discharge follow-up call for recently discharged clients.
