Working in a clinical environment under supervision, to receive and process inbound calls from patients, providers and other medical staff. Execute outbound calls or electronic tasks to assist with providing medical related services. Assist patients, providers with appointment scheduling, and local facility issues. Resolve complex issues. Recommend process changes to improve efficiency and promote customer service excellence.
This position is full time. Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am - 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities
- Answers calls to the assigned clinic, resolving moderate to complex service issues
- Proactively outreaching and resolving expedited patient issues, needs
- Works collaboratively with Providers & Clinical support staff to help resolve patient needs and Care coordination
- Schedule and verify appointments in clinical information system
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Send and receive tasks for Provider offices to assist patients with access to medical care
- Contact patients to relay appointments and other pertinent information
- Extreme high-volume data entry
- Responsible for compliance with requirements as dictated by clinic needs; SOPs; Burke Scores, and audit results
- Ability to travel to local clinical facilities
Required Qualification
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service/call center or healthcare environment
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft products

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Medical Terminology
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Previous call center experience
- Advanced knowledge of insurance products
- Training in a medical office or customer service-related field
