We are seeking a dedicated RN - CVOR to join our cardiac surgical team in Rockford, IL.

- Provide specialized pre-operative and post-operative care for cardiac surgery patients.
- Assist during cardiovascular surgeries in the CVOR suite, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor vital signs, manage equipment, and respond promptly to intraoperative changes.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare team members for seamless patient care.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards.
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and surgical procedures.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
