Under general supervision, uses independent judgment and initiative to perform administrative and advanced clerical duties in support of the clinic. The candidate will greet visitors, sign individuals in for appointments, complete registration/consents, complete monthly audits, and schedule/reschedule follow-up appointments. May serve as a primary contact and information source for the organization.
Program Name: Child & Adolescent Clinic
Works with the following population: Children/Adolescents with mental health diagnosis, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases, and their families.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must possess excellent customer services skills, in addition to excellent organizational skills, excellent time management skills, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous office and/or front desk experience.
Days & Time: This position will work 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday. Most programs work from 8am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunchbreak.
Pay: $29,960 per year
