Job Skills / Requirements
- Must have a clean driving record*
1st shift 1000pm-600am
Daily Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate security officers ensure high performance and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises and personnel
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems
- Respond to emergencies and incidents, including providing first aid if necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or issues
- Maintain accurate records
- Strong computer knowledge and skills
- Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation
- Experience in loss prevention or security management
- Ability to handle conflict situations effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Must be able to work weekend*
