Job Summary
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Support multiple clinical sites with primary and secondary location assignments
- Ensure timely assessment, stabilization, and treatment of emergency patients
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols
- Respond promptly to emergency situations using advanced clinical skills
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and document interventions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
- Rotate between assigned primary site and secondary site as needed
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year emergency department (ED) nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Prior experience in multi-site or float RN roles
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
