Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner and direct them to appropriate personnel.
- Answer incoming calls, routing them to the correct department or taking messages when necessary.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff members while maintaining a calendar.
- Perform clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail distribution and courier services.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, ensuring a clean and functional workspace for all employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
