Position Overview:

The Nursing Home Administrator will lead the facility's overall operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the highest level of care and quality of life for residents. The ideal candidate is both a strong business leader and a compassionate advocate for residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the entire facility.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and support department heads in achieving organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and accountability.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and occupancy management.
  • Cultivate community and referral relationships to maintain census stability.
  • Champion staff development, engagement, and retention.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA) required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Licensed Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
  • Proven track record of success in operations, compliance, and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, state and federal long-term care regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to ethical leadership and resident-centered care.
