Commercial Lines Account Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Servicing and maintaining commercial lines insurance accounts.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for service.
• Monitor activities for all assigned accounts.
• Maintain updated client and policy information with the Agency Management System.
• Process policy changes in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure all documentation and correspondence are properly recorded and updated in the system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, market trends, and state regulations.
• Monitor deadlines for time-sensitive tasks.
• Provide exemplary customer service by managing client expectations and delivering timely resolutions to inquiries or issues.
  
  

Education/Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in the insurance industry

Active Insurance License in Nevada is required

Must continue to meet continuing education requirements for license renewal

Familiarity with computer, Microsoft Office, Applied Systems

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
