Job Description

US Vietnam Talent International School is seeking the Executive, School Operations for our Saigon South campus. Executive, School Operations plays a key role in ensuring smooth, safe and efficient daily operations of the school. The role involves managing transportation, safety & security, sanitation, service vendors, consumables and administrative tasks to support teaching and learning activities.

  • YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Manage school bus operations
  • Coordinate with bus contractors to ensure safety and punctuality.
  • Supervise compliance with safety regulations during student transportation.
  • Handle incidents related to bus service.
  • Safety and security control
  • Supervise security guards and manage access control.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety and occupational safety regulations.
  • Coordinate in handling incidents and emergencies.
  • Sanitation control
  • Monitor the quality of school cleaning services.
  • Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports.
  • Ensure hygiene standards in classrooms, canteen, and public areas
  • Canteen service quality control
  • Monitor daily canteen operations to ensure food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
  • Collect feedback from students, parents, and staff regarding meals.
  • Coordinate with the catering vendor to address issues and implement improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations
  • Landscaping & pest control
  • Supervise greenery and landscaping within the campus.
  • Work with vendors to maintain campus landscaping.
  • Coordinate pest control services regularly to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
  • Vendor management
  • Work with service providers: cleaning, landscaping, security, canteen, etc.
  • Monitor service quality and contract performance.
  • Propose improvements and handle violations (if any)
  • Consumables & utilities control
  • Manage, distribute, and keep track of consumable supplies and working tools.
  • Manage & control utilities
  • Support setup for school events
  • Administrative tasks
  • Manage operation-related documents, contracts, and records.
  • Prepare periodic reports.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Education
  • University degree in Management, Administration, Business, Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in operations/administration/facility management.
  • Used to work in Education industry is a plus
  • Specific knowledge/ skill
  • Love working with students.
  • Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, attention to detail.
  • Good in English communication
  • Energized, open-minded and extremely proactive.
  • Passion to growth and strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects.
  • Responsible and honest at work
  • Detail-oriented and careful in handling tasks.
