Job Overview:

This position requires a proactive mindset, strong technical background, solid business analysis skills, and facilitation skills. The IT Systems Analyst supports core applications such as Contract Management, Tax, and Accounting. Key job responsibilities include configuration, providing technical support to business users, user security for projects, enhancements and production support. This includes the initial idea development, requirements capture, process design, through testing and implementation. The Analyst is required to maintain a productive working relationship with business and other IT applications. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a variety of responsibilities and settings are crucial to success in this position. Position will require supporting Internal Control System (Sarbanes-Oxley) processes and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Production Support: Promptly address customer issues/tickets; Address system issues by performing root cause analysis and eliminating repeat problems. (25%)
  • Act as a Systems Analyst for the application. Understand the functional aspects, business processes, interfaces, screens, business flow and data of the multiple systems. (25%)
  • Develop and Implement System/Product Configuration: Work with business partners to develop system configuration requirements ; Develop system/product configuration; Develop use cases; Execute test plans; Implement system configuration changes. (25%)
  • Plan/Communicate: Develop plans and time estimates; Track progress to plans; Communicate status, issues and risks to manager on a timely basis. Develop strong and productive relationships with business partners, colleagues and management. (15%)
  • Comply with departmental standards: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and ITM standards, as defined in business process system. Comply with and document for audit purposes project methodologies for both Program Change (PC) and Program Development (PD). (10%)

Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

This position requires a minimum of 1.5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

  • Business-General: 1 year
  • Information Technology: 1-3 years
  • Management

Education:

Bachelor's Degree is required. Recommended majors include:

  • Information Technology
