MidwayUSA has a need for an Accounting Specialist who will help us with investigating and reconciling discrepancies, processing accounts payable documents and maintaining current information in our financial reporting system.
Job Duties In This Role Will Include:
- The timely and accurate payments of all suppliers in a highly automated, paperless environment
- Reviewing and reconciling discrepancies through internal channels and supplier contact
- Reconciling and reporting accounts payable through financial reporting process
- Be a graduate with an Associates Degree (or equivalent college coursework) or a Bachelor’s Degree, with experience and long-term interest in Accounting, or be a currently enrolled student working on a B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- 2-3 years of experience in highly automated accounting function a +
- Minimum of 6 hours college accounting classwork required; BS in Accounting preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in attention to detail
- This is a Full-time position; M-F; 8am-5pm; in office
- Annual Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $ 50,000 - $62,000 annually with annual benchmarking and pay increases to always ensure a competitive salary
