Description
Working Conditions:
Working conditions are normal for office and manufacturing environment; hot when weather is hot and cold when weather is cold. Greasy, dirty, and noisy environment. Work involves lifting, pulling and/or pushing of materials and product up to 30 pounds. Standing and walking considerable distances. Operation requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, and hardhats.
1.2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications.
1.3. Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
1.4. Knowledgeable experience with manufacturing processes and SRM systems.
1.5. Must be available and able to work outside the normal work week schedule when needed.
2.2. Maintain a clean and safe plant.
2.3. Responsible for reaching the department goals that are assigned by supervisors.
2.4. Communicate with other departments regarding process improvement ideas and improved procurement practices.
2.5. Ensure all employees are performing their jobs safely and efficient.
2.6. Ensure all the consumables/tooling are readily available to continue smooth operations
2.7. Make maintenance plans with the related parties and follow up the performance and give feed back to the related parties.
2.8. Assign 5S areas to the operators, check the effectiveness of the 5S and standardize the developed areas.
2.9. Coordinate the Before/After Kaizen activities and report according to the company format.
2.10.Supports HSE-related programs that will increase awareness and promote a safety culture.
3.2. Maintaining a smooth operation of product flow through departments.
3.3. Communicate the issues to the related parties form the subordinates to the upper management according to the majority/effect of the problem.
3.4. Responsible for meeting all production schedules.
3.5. Other duties as assigned.
4.2. Direct authority over Mill Processing Department.
