As an Independent & Assisted Living Consultant you are responsible for building and supporting the independent & assisted living program and teams to promote the provision of exceptional customer service and care for numerous senior populations served throughout the state of Iowa. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect with Legacy Iowa by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility-wide goals and creative problem solving. Travel will be required to assigned buildings throughout the state of Iowa.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

• As a minimum, Associate's Degree with assisted living (AL) certification preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, human relations, marketing, business, and/or related fields is also preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
