At ServiceMaster Restore, we help homeowners and businesses recover from disasters such as fire, water, and structural damage.

Join our reconstruction team, where your painting and drywall expertise directly contributes to restoring homes and businesses to their best condition. This role offers variety, hands-on work, and the satisfaction of seeing the results of your craftsmanship every day.

What we require of youMust haves:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional painting and drywall experience
  • Ability to pass a background check (covering age 18+) and pre-employment drug screening
  • Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record for the past 5 years


What you’ll be doing - To be considered, you’ll need to be able to perform the following:

  • Hang, tape, and finish drywall with precision
  • Blend textures to match existing walls seamlessly
  • Apply paint using cut & roll methods and pump sprayers
  • Seal framing against smoke damage when needed
  • Perform light carpentry along with painting and drywall tasks
  • Capture job progress with photos and notes using our company app (company phone provided)

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50-70lbs
  • Stand, bend, kneel, reach, and work on ladders as needed
  • Work indoors and outdoors, sometimes at heights
  • Wear respirators and PPE when required
