Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Birmingham, AL is looking to hire a skilled Production Planner to schedule all shop orders required to meet customer requests. This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

- Work with scheduling software to maintain accurate shop order dates
- Review all order revision and make appropriate changes to orders and communicate changes with the appropriate personnel
- Prepare and maintain effective assembly schedules through daily updates with respective team leaders
- Set up inbound loads of products
- Review shortage and expedite though all operations to meet shop order completions
- Capacity recommendations to maintain valid schedule through proposed overtime or manpower
- Review and monitor established run rates and customer lead time
- Interact with order entry, fleet and truck pool departments for inquiries, customer requests, and cancellations
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
