At Romie Lane, we combine advanced medical expertise with a warm, supportive, and fun culture. Our DVMs are skilled in performing advanced procedures such as brachycephalic surgery and endoscopy, and our hospital is equipped with a modern surgical suite, brand-new digital X-ray, updated ultrasound, endoscopy machine, and newly renovated exam rooms.
Our client base is diverse thanks to our central Salinas location, and we pride ourselves on building strong, lasting relationships with pet parents. Outside of work, our team enjoy social activities that strengthen connections and make our workplace both friendly and collaborative.
About The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Hospital Manager to lead operations at Romie Lane Pet Hospital. This is the most senior non-DVM leadership role in the hospital and a chance to shape strategy, strengthen culture, and drive both operational and clinical excellence.
You’ll partner closely with our Clinical Director and VetnCare’s centralized support team to ensure the hospital thrives—delivering outstanding patient care, an exceptional client experience, and a supportive workplace for our staff.
