Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- 8+ years of project management experience with a focus on Supply chain and procurement initiatives.
- Solid understanding of supply chain concepts including procurement.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to procurement transformation, supplier management, sourcing strategies, and supply chain optimization.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and budgets for supply chain initiatives.
- Interface with executive leadership, suppliers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure project alignment and communication at all levels.
- Identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, cost savings, and risk mitigation in procurement and supply chain functions.
- Manage contract negotiations, supplier evaluations, and strategic sourcing initiatives in partnership with procurement leadership.
- Oversee performance tracking of key supply chain KPIs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Act as a change agent, promoting best practices in procurement and project governance across the organization.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met in all procurement and supply chain activities.
- Coach and mentor cross-functional project teams and junior PMs to build project execution capabilities across the organization.
