- Replacing faulty or damaged Equipment Components, such as hard drives, power supplies, or network cards;
- Knowledge in Performing basic troubleshooting steps such as power cycling Devices or checking physical connections;
- Experience in Performing physical maintenance tasks such as rack and stack operations, Equipment label
- Handling the installation, replacement or removal of Equipment Components, including servers, switches, routers, security and other network Devices.
- Strong communication skills inlcuding customer communciation
- Experience in Performing on-site troubleshooting tasks, such as verifying power and network Connectivity, checking indicator lights or physically inspecting Devices
