Job Responsibilities

Job Skills / Requirements

• Communication Management- serve as the primary communication link between management, client, personnel
• Monitoring Operations- Monitor real time activities and initiate actions when necessary to address any issues that may arise
• Problem Solving- must quickly address and resolve issues as they occur, often under pressure, to maintain operational efficiency
• Documentation and Reporting- Responsible for logging calls, documenting actions taken, generating reports to analyze performance metrics and improve process

Qualifications

• Must have an active TN Security Guard License
• Preferred to have CPR/First Aid/ AED Certification
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must have clean driving history
• Must have clean criminal background check
• Must be proficient with computers and pass our basic competency exam
  
  

Education Requirements (All)

Security License un-armed or armed

High School Diploma/ GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Guard Card

Drivers License
