The Math Program Coordinator will manage and support the implementation of the CDE’s Math Professional Learning Partnership Grant and serve as a key member of SCOE’s math team. The Coordinator will design and deliver robust K–12 educator training and professional development aligned with the 2023 California Mathematics Framework, helping schools provide equitable, high-quality math instruction. In addition to grant administration, the Coordinator may also provide professional learning, coaching, and direct support to educators as part of the Sonoma County math team. In this role, the Coordinator will: -Act as a regional lead for professional learning in mathematics. -Collaborate with other county offices and the local California Math Project: North Coast. -Gather, curate, and develop resources that support effective instruction. -Build coherence across initiatives by aligning regional activities with other state-funded efforts, such as the California Math, Science, and Computer Science Grant. This position includes direct support across the North Coast region and may require travel as far north as Del Norte County.
