We’re not just filling jobs—we’re building communities, improving lives, and creating a legacy that will shape the next century.

The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll be the strategic driver behind how we attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across our multidisciplinary business units—including Construction, Transportation, Water/Wastewater, Land Development, Municipal Services, and Corporate.

You won’t just post jobs—you’ll partner with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies, source passive talent in niche engineering markets, champion our employer brand, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience that reflects the heart of who we are. Whether you’re engaging an entry-level design tech or an experienced project manager, your work will directly fuel the future of our firm.

If you love building relationships, bringing hiring managers along the journey, and crafting sourcing strategies that actually work—you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to deeply understand workforce needs—and proactively design recruiting approaches that align with business goals.
  • From intake to offer acceptance, you’ll own the entire full-life recruitment process with a focus on speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate journey.
  • Use LinkedIn, sourcing platforms, networks, and creative outreach to find both active and passive candidates — especially in competitive technical markets.
  • Ensure new hires feel welcomed, informed, and set up for success by supporting a seamless and thoughtful onboarding experience.
  • Represent HR Green at university events, job fairs, and professional forums. Bring our “Building Communities. Improving Lives.” story to life.
  • Enhance Processes by using data and insights to continuously refine how we recruit—balancing compliance, technology, AI, and candidate-centric best practices.
  • This role can be based at any of our HR Green office locations and follows our flexible hybrid work model: three days in the office, two days remote—designed to support both collaboration and balance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within A/E/C, engineering, or other technical/professional environments
  • Proven success recruiting for a variety of roles, from early career to experienced hires
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you’re equally confident talking to candidates, hiring managers, and executives
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Out, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Ability to juggle multiple searches, collaborate across departments, and adapt to changing needs
  • A genuine passion for creating exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
