What You Will Be Doing

• Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Alpha learning system with excellence.
• Create Guide Playbooks detailing best practices for facilitation and learning activities.
• Provide regular, actionable feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and achievement.
• Mentor a small cohort of students, modeling expert coaching strategies.
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Writing lesson plans – focus on training Guides as exceptional facilitators.
• Lowering standards – maintain high academic expectations.
• Delivering boring training – engage Guides with high-energy, hands-on development.
  
  

Coach Key Responsibilities

Train and develop a team of Guides to implement the Alpha system with world-class excellence.

Basic Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental capacity.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work on-site in Spotswood, NJ or Salt Lake City, UT.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
