What You Will Be Doing

Director Of Strategic Parent Engagement Key Responsibilities

Drive campus growth by building a robust waitlist of 150+ students through strategic community engagement, authentic relationship building, and unwavering commitment to Alpha's educational vision.

Basic Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Local presence near one of our campus locations (Scottsdale, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Palm Beach, or NYC)
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available)
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in education-focused family engagement or enrollment
• Superior communication abilities that inspire trust and action
• Demonstrated success in guiding complex decision-making processes

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
