Internship Focus Area

1. Warehouse Efficiencies (Slotting Analysis

• )Perform slotting analysis to optimize warehouse layout and improve material flow
• .Review production schedules, process flows, and specs to identify opportunities for efficiency

2. Assess Operational Productivit

• yAnalyze monthly volumes, labor, and operating constraints using data-driven methods
• .Review post-production reports to compare quoted vs. actual performance and recommend improvements
• .Work closely with operations, finance, sales, supply chain, and packaging teams for alignment

3. Continuous Improvement (CI) Project

• sCoordinate and participate in Kaizen, Six Sigma, and other Lean activities
• .Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives by providing data and collaborating with operations leaders

Requirements

• :Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical field highly preferred
• .Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI)
• .Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• .Exceptional work ethic, ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines
• .Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Processes highly preferred
